ORAHEAD is recognized as a non-profit organization by the state of Oregon and is a 502(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Membership Privacy Notice
Membership information will be included in a members-only membership directory. Information displayed may include name, organization or institution, department, title, phone, and email address.
Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
ORAHEAD is the sole owner of any solicited membership information. ORAHEAD will only collect information voluntarily provided by ORAHEAD members. ORAHEAD will not sell, rent, or otherwise share this information with any third party outside of the organization, other than as necessary to perform organization business. ORAHEAD will provide this information as a membership benefit to other ORAHEAD members and will utilize your contact information to add you to the ORAHEAD Listserv for purposes of communication with other ORAHEAD members.
Ad Hoc or Standing Committees
There are not currently any established ORAHEAD Ad Hoc or Standing Committees. Per the ORAHEAD Bylaws, “Ad Hoc Committees may be created on a temporary basis by the Board of Directors for the promotion of the purposes of the Association and shall consist of members in good standing. Their number, composition, responsibilities, method of selection and tenure shall be in accordance with these Bylaws.”
If you are interested in proposing the establishment of an ORAHEAD Ad Hoc Committee, please fill out the following application form. The Board of Directors will reach out to you shortly to indicate whether or not your proposal is accepted and to help you (and your co-chairs, if applicable) to move forward with any next steps.
