$60 In-Person Conference / $40 Virtual Conference

Limited scholarships available.

Most in-person sessions will be presented live for those registered for the virtual conference. They will also be recorded for all registered participants. Please see the steps below to register. The sessions are not pre-approved for CRC CEUs. If you would like assistance with requesting CEUs after the conference, please contact us at orahead@orahead.org.

1. Review the conference schedule and save the dates! We will provide links to the Zoom address and session materials after registration.

2. Complete the registration form below. You may complete one form for multiple attendees.

   The in-person conference includes a continental breakfast and your choice of boxed lunch, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Each in-person attendee much complete the Boxed Lunch Order Form after registration. We must receive boxed lunch orders and registration by April 17th, in order to guarantee that we can meet dietary needs. Registration without a boxed lunch order will be accepted through April 21st. Parking at Willamette University requires a permit. Carpooling is recommended if possible to make sure there are enough spaces for all. Please be sure to indicate whether you need a parking permit and if you need an accessible space. If you are using the form for multiple attendees, please indicate the number needed.

3. Complete conference payment.

   After submitting your registration, you will be redirected to the payment window. The registration fee for members and non-members is $60 per person for the in-person conference and $40 for the virtual conference. ORAHEAD recognizes that many institutions are facing economic crises that limit availability of professional development funds. We have a limited number of scholarships available. If you would like to request a scholarship, please select the scholarship request option. Someone will be in touch with you shortly.

4. In-person attendees, complete the Boxed Lunch Order Form by April 17th to guarantee menu selections.

5. Enjoy the conference!

   After we receive your registration and payment, you will receive the links for the webinars and materials for each session.

6. Complete the conference evaluation form.

   Your feedback is extremely important to us and will be used in planning for future conferences. Please take a moment to complete the ORAHEAD Spring 2022 Conference Evaluation.
