The conference includes lunch and dinner on Day One, breakfast and lunch on Day Two, and breakfast and a boxed lunch on Day Three. Options include vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. The Hallmark Resort is offering discounted rooms in their beautiful, all ocean-view resort if they are reserved by October 1st. The discounted rooms are: $169 for a Queen Patio or Balcony (some are pet friendly!) and $179 for a Queen Fireplace.

Video recordings of the keynote and select sessions will be available free to conference attendees, $40 for ORAHEAD members and $60 for non-members. Details for ordering videos will be available after the conference.
