The conference includes lunch and dinner on Day One, breakfast and lunch on Day Two, and breakfast and a boxed lunch on Day Three. Options include vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. The Hallmark Resort is offering discounted rooms in their beautiful, all ocean-view resort if they are reserved by October 1st. The discounted rooms are: $169 for a Queen Patio or Balcony (some are pet friendly!) and $179 for a Queen Fireplace Top Floor.

Videos will be made of most of the sessions and of the keynote for purchase several weeks after the conference.

Here are the steps!

1. Review the conference schedule and save the dates!

2. Complete the registration form. You may complete one form for multiple attendees.

3. Complete conference payment.

   After submitting your registration, you will be redirected to the payment window. The registration fee for the conference is $300 for ORAHEAD members and $350 for non-members. ORAHEAD recognizes that many institutions are facing economic crises that limit availability of professional development funds. We have a limited number of scholarships available. If you would like to request a scholarship, please select the scholarship request option. Someone will be in touch with you shortly.

4. If you would like a discounted room at the Hallmark Resort, make your reservation by October 1st.

   To make reservations, attendees must call the hotel directly at 1-855-391-2484 and identify themselves as participants of the ORAHEAD to receive the above group rates quoted. All reservation requests must be received on or before October 1, 2023. Individual guests will be responsible for room, tax, and incidental charges upon checkout. Rate does not include lodging tax of 13.5% (subject to change).

   After the cut-off date, all room type and reservation changes will be subject to availability and best available rate. Room type changes include but are not limited to pet-friendly, room style, and ADA accessible rooms. Please make sure your attendees specify their needs upon making their initial reservation.
